Global Program Analysis

A workshop where major stakeholders are invited to work through a proven process that will provide the following deliverables:

1.  A program statement that describes the purpose of your certification program.

2.   A model of the organization’s certification program including how many tracks and exams will be offered.

3.   A test definition document describing at a high level ech exam in the program, the domain to be covered, potential test candidate descriptions, reference material that will be used for developing the exam.
